For the first feature in my Western Mass Women in Business Visibility Series, I’m excited to introduce Stef, a hair extension specialist helping women feel confident, beautiful, and empowered through transformative hair services.

Stef started her business in September of 2020 after leaving an 8-year commission salon role when the hair industry shifted during COVID.
In 2021, she began training in Invisible Bead Extensions and has since evolved her work to focus more deeply on women experiencing hair loss, providing not just a service, but a transformation in how they feel.
What she loves most is seeing that moment when a client touches her new hair and leaves feeling confident, like herself again.
