Why would you join my email list? - Western MA Family Photographer

I avoid giving out my email and phone number at all costs. Always extremely skeptical, I'm thinking, “what is your intention with my personal information?” Plus, I currently have 1000 emails from online shopping that need to be deleted.  But I guarantee you it’s just me on the other end of my email, no spam, no nonsense.  Your email address is safe with me. Here are some questions you might be wondering about.

What kind of emails will you send?  

I occasionally offer mini or petite sessions.  These shorter sessions can be more affordable and may be the right fit for your family.  For more info on what each session entails, visit my mini session blog post.  These sessions have a limited number of spots and are released to my email list for booking first. 

Why do you need an email list? Can’t you just post on social media?  

It’s amazing small businesses have the opportunity to market themselves online with social media.  But unlike Instagram and Facebook, I own my email list.  My social media could be shut down or hacked and gone forever.

I am also at the mercy of the algorithm.  My posts are only put in front of a small percentage of my followers.  It is an unreliable way to reach the people who truly care about my business.  

Model calls

Model calls don’t require models, but real people who are willing to have a free session. These sessions are a little different than usual offering and families must sign a model release so I can share the images.  Model calls are a chance for me to get creative and try new techniques and locations.
